 Question: 

  Why are the products posted on the site located in two warehouses: Ukraine and America? 

 Answer: 

  I live in Ukraine. The models that I create immediately appear on my website wf.in.ua. When I collect about twenty finished products, I will ship them to my warehouse in the USA. In most cases, delivery to you from a warehouse in the USA is faster and cheaper than from Ukraine. Once my items arrive in the US warehouse, they appear not only on my website, but also on my Etsy and eBay.

 Question:

 Is it possible to include a note with text in the parcel? For example, I want to give someone a gift by indicating his address and the text of a note in the order.

 Answer:

 Can. In the parcels that I collect myself in Ukraine, I myself will include a note. In parcels sent from my warehouse in the USA, a note will be included by the employee who services this warehouse.

   

 Question:

  How can I make a personal order?

 Answer:

  To get started, write to me using any of the options offered on the “contacts/social networks” page, or through the site chat (icon at the bottom right). If you already have an idea of what the model you want should look like.

  If you want me to come up with a design for you, no problem. Choose one of the models I have previously created as a starting sample (form factor) and give me the direction in which I need to fantasize) And in general, write to me and ask any questions. I'm sure we can come up with the perfect model just for you :)

  I have created many personal models. You can see what people say about my work on the corresponding page. 

 Model's personal name. 

 If you order a personal model with your design, you have the opportunity to: 

 a) you can give a name for this model (it may contain, for example, your name/nickname). With this name I will sell this model in the future. 

 b) you can choose the option so that I no longer repeat this design in my works. This means that this model will be unique.

    

 Question: 

 How can I get a discount and in what cases?

 Answer: 

 There are several options: 

 a) each buyer, upon first purchase, receives a discount code for further purchases (15%). The system will send it to you automatically to the email you provided upon purchase. If you have not received this code in your email, write to me, I will send it to you personally. This code works on all my stores (website, etsy, ebay).

 b) on my website wf.in.ua the prices are slightly lower than on Etsy and eBay, but on Etsy there are often different discounts. Come visit me more often and you will be aware of various promotions) 

 c) if you need a fidget not for entertainment but for health (for example, preventing problems with the joints of the hands, combating increased anxiety, etc.), write to me. I think we will find a way to reduce the price for you. 

 d) If you are going to make a bulk order and you do not need the additional gifts and souvenirs that I often include in the order box, please let me know before ordering. This will save you a few dollars. And in addition you will have a regular customer discount. 

  Discounts for large wholesale quantities are discussed separately. It all depends on how complex the models I need to make and in what time frame.

   

 Question: I am a blogger, what cooperation programs are there?

 Answer: if you are familiar with my work and have already purchased something from me, we can discuss with you various options for cooperation. At the moment I see the following options: 

 a) I can give you a personal discount code, for example "ALEX15". You can provide this code to your subscribers. By using this code for the first time, customers will receive a 15% discount (in the future they will already have their own discount code for regular customers). 5% of the amount of this order will be added to your balance. You can spend the accumulated amount in my store wf.in.ua (since I am not able to send money from Ukraine to other countries).

 b) I am not a rich craftsman and do not have the opportunity to send products for review for free. But if you often buy fidgets and among your subscribers there are many people who love fidgets, I am ready to discuss options. For example, you pay for delivery and I give a big discount on the model you choose. If we see that the review on your channel was of interest to your subscribers, in the future I will increase the discount on the products you selected for review. The first discount will be determined individually. It all depends on what model you want to get and how active your social network account is.
